LAPA is a nonprofit trade association established to promote the use of hotmix asphalt in Louisiana. Our goal is to make LAPA a resource for consulting engineers, state and local agencies and other industry members to provide assistance in their efforts to improve and provide quality asphalt pavements in Louisiana.
